Tusk managed the Churrasco Da Bahia brand development process from initial research, brand strategy and naming through to activation.

From early strategic workshops it was established that this authentic Brazilian style restaurant needed to impart a true cultural experience of Bahia (Brazil). A unique dining affair through food, ambience, and decor.

The result is a brand which takes themeing cues from the african roots of Bahia combined with the newer Brazilian streetscape. The brand features a uniquely African pattern and is incorporated across curtains, window art, table runners, uniforms, menu’s and glasses. The brand is distinctive, authentic, and a perfect visual representation which hits the initial strategy.
